Death Scream

1975 made-for-TV movie loosely based on the 1964 murder of Kitty Genovese. Raul Julia and John P. Ryan star as detectives investigating the killing of a young woman in an alley. Many neighbors witnessed the crime, but did not report it, and they are unwilling to talk to police afterwards.

Supporting cast is filled with familiar faces from '70s TV: Ed Asner, Cloris Leachman, Art Carney, Nancy Walker, Diahann Carroll, Tina Louise.
