Kind Hearts and Coronets - UK (1949), directed by Robert Hamer. Louis Mazzini's (Dennis Price) mother belongs to the aristocratic family D'Ascoyne, but she ran away with an opera singer. Genteel black comedy set in the Edwardian era. Alec Guinness plays several members of the family D'Ascoyne.
