Twin Town - UK (1997), directed by Kevin Allen. Two delinquent brothers (Llyr Ifans and Rhys Ifans) in the seaside town of Swansea, South Wales, who spend their time on drugs and joyriding, take revenge on the local businessman and crooked cop responsible for the deaths of their parents and sister.
