The duo of Luke McMaster and Rob James is one Canada's top pop acts. Originally from Winnipeg, the duo found great success upon the release of their self-titled debut album in 2000. Originally aiming for success as solo artists when they met in a recording studio in 1997 and realized their common interests. This led to a creative partnership that became an award winning singing-songwriting duo. They have won two Prairie Music Awards and have been nominated for Juno Awards and MuchMusic Video Awards.
