Abrahamsen, Hans

Danish composer Hans Abrahamsen, born in 1952, teaches orchestration at the Royal Academy of Music in Copenhagen and is artistic director of the Esbjerg Ensemble. Many of his major works are for winds or strings, including recent works for solo instrument.
