Acid Jazz

Acid Jazz is a style which mixes Soul Jazz with turntables. It emerged from the music of the British DJ genius, Gilles Peterson, and relies heavily on samples and melody. Prominent artists in this genre are United Future Organization, Stereo MC's, Brand New Heavies, DJ Krush, DJ Cam, Incognito, Urban Species and Jamiroquai.
