Collins, Stephen

Stephen Collins played Will Decker in Star Trek: The Motion Picture. It has been inferred that his character is the son of Commodore Matt Decker (William Windom) who appeared in the original series episode The Doomsday Machine. He was born in Des Moines, Iowa, USA, on 1st October 1947.
