Richard Tiffany Gere (*1949 in Philadelphia, PA) is a famous American actor and producer. He made his debut in TV 1975 in "Strike Force" (1975) as Walter Spenser, and on big screen the same year as Billy in "Report to the Commissioner". He has played in more than 40 movies. His famous roles include Edward Lewis in "Pretty Woman" (1990), Isaac Barr in "Final Analysis" (1992), Martin Vail in "Primal Fear" (1996), Declan Mulqueen in "The Jackal" (1997), Ike Graham in "Runaway Bride" (1999), and Sullivan Travis in "Dr. T and the Women" (2000). 1992-1993 he produced three movies, including "Sommersby" and "Mr. Jones". In "The Cotton Club" (1984) he participated as a musician.
