1986 mini-series adapted from J. B. Priestley's autobiographical novel, "Lost Empires," which looks at life on the English music-hall circuit in the years before World War I and stars Colin Firth as Richard Herncastle, John Castle as Nick Ollanton, and Laurence Olivier as Harry Burrard.
