Properties that have previously been foreclosed on and the lender was the successful purchaser at the foreclosure auction. These properties are now listed for sale. Some lenders use Real Estate Brokers to handle all transactions, while a few are selling direct to the public; thus reducing commissions, and lowering the cost of the property.
