The year is 2380. The Federation ever so slowly moves forward with its rebuilding efforts. Starfleet has stopped the production of the battle ship class vessel to make way for more science and long range exploration type ships. The fact that a war has ended does not mean that tensions have calmed. Studies have shown that peace time is in fact more stressful than war.
