The award-winning first online game in the Phantasy Star series, which has been released in many forms. The storyline is set a little more than 2700 years after the events of the original Phantasy Star. The game featured a single-player storyline as well as support for online play with up to 3 other players in a team over the internet.
Developed by Sonic Team and published by Sega, the game has been released on Sega Dreamcast, Windows, GameCube and Xbox.
