Clans and Guilds

A gaming clan is a group of players who affiliate themselves as one unit in order to maximize their ability to play as a team. Members of clan often represent themselves by the use of a tag before their names (such as "[dMOZ]Bobby"). Clans frequently engage in clan wars against other groups, or participate in gaming leagues like TWL or CAL.
