Dogue de BordeauxWeb Directory

While its exact origins are unknown, the Dogue de Bordeaux (French Mastiff) is an ancient breed. Bred in France for centuries as a guardian, hunter, and fighter, it wasn't until the 1860's that the breed was named after the capital of its native region. Today the Dogue De Bordeaux is a family companion and guardian.
