This category is for sites that pertain to a whole province. Sites which pertain to a certain city, should be listed in that city. Businesses are listed in the city in which they are located, even if customers may come from a much larger area. If there are several branches in various cities, then it will be listed in the province, region, or country, depending on where the outlets are.
