1980s sitcom featuring university-educated Colin Watkins, who works in the British Rail Passenger Relations Office, (otherwise known as the complaints department), and his struggle to become a successful writer. Starring Mel Smith, Louise Rix and Mike Grady. Written by Paul Smith and Terry Kyan. First broadcast on BBC2 in October 1988.
