Broadband Campaigns

This category contains sites for campaigns to bring broadband internet access to a particular area of the country (usually rural areas). BT, the national telecom provider, will only link up communities where there is sufficient demand, so these sites act as a way of encouraging people to sign up and put pressure on BT to upgrade the local telephone exchanges such that broadband is possible.
