Equity Release is the method by which homeowners can convert the realty value of their propert into cash. Types of Equity Release are as follows: Cash Release: A percentage of the current value of your home in either the form of a lump sum, income or a combination of both. Home Reversion Plans: Agree to sell a percentage (generally ranging from 50% to 100%) of the interest you hold in your home. Home Income Plans: A mortgage is raised against the value of your home.
