Niagara Falls

Perhaps Niagara Falls has given way to the Caribbean and elsewhere as a longtime favourite honeymoon destination, but its scenic and man-made attractions still find an appeal with some ten million visitors each year. They come from all parts of North America as well as from innumerable countries abroad. There are several categories in this section of the Open Directory, and each has its own Description. The pattern is the same one that applies to the several other Localities that make up the Niagara Region: as the number of sites increases, they are subdivided into groups that have an obviously -- or at least somewhat -- similar content. Jurisdiction over a surrounding rural area is exercised by the City of Niagara Falls, and this includes the community of Chippawa, which has its own Localities category.
