Geocaching is a loosely organised individual sport using satellite technology to find hidden objects. Geocachers set off to find containers by following coordinates sourced from a number of websites. Once the item is found they usually return to the website and log their find. It requires the use a hand-held GPS device or GPS capable smart device.
