This category lists sites and pages devoted to gay, lesbian, or bisexual individuals in the Ancient world, from the dawn of civilization to the fall of the Western Roman Empire in 476 CE. The current concept of homosexuality was not in use prior to the late 19th century. The individuals listed here would not, therefore, have viewed their sexuality in the same terms that we use today. They are listed based upon historical data viewed from current definitions of sexuality.
