Headquarters are in Cleveland, Tennessee, with mailing address in Charleston, Tennessee, but this Church of God is not the same as the Church of God (Cleveland, Tennessee). The Church of God (Charleston, Tennessee) rejects the Nicene Creed, because the Bible is the only rule of faith and practice. They are a premillennial Pentecostal church which believes that baptism with the Holy Ghost is always accompanied by the sign of speaking in other tongues. They observe baptism, footwashing, tithing, and the Lord's Supper. They uphold the Scriptural standard of holiness of life for Christians.
