Orthodox Jewry is perhaps the most frequently misunderstood branch of Judaism. It encompasses many groups with great variances from one another. However, because of our desire to encourage Achdus (the love of all Jews) - we consider an Orthodox synagogue or organization for these purposes to be one that is fully Shomer Shabbat (Sabbath observing), and follows the halachas (Jewish laws) as defined in our Torah, Talmud, Shulchan Aruach and other major texts.
