Kosho, meaning "Old Pine Tree" is reported to be 750 year old art, founded by a monk named Bosatsu from the Shaka Inn Temple, Mount Kinhai, Kumamoto, Kyushu, Japan. Many of the Kosho stylists, in the USA, trace their lineage to James Mitose, who is reported to be the 21st Great GrandMaster. Also referred to an Kempo Jujutsu.
