Formula One is a branch of motor sport regulated by the FIA. It consists of 17 (or so) races held worldwide between 11 teams who compete at each event. Major competitors in this class of racing include Ferrari, Jaguar and BMW. It is considered by many to be the leading category of international motor racing competition. It is certainly the most glamorous!
