Letter to Brezhnev - UK (1985), romantic comedy directed by Chris Bernard. Two girls from Liverpool (Alexandra Pigg and Margi Clarke) spend a busy night with Russian sailors (Alfred Molina and Peter Firth). When one of them receives no subsequent letters, she writes Brezhnev and is invited to Moscow. Shows a wonderfully dreary Liverpool in the early 1980s.
