The ODP does not attempt, however, to define Christianity or to delineate listings based on the strictness of any party's adherence to a creed; some Christian Democratic party organizations, notably in continental Europe, are functionally secular and ideologically center, whereas other groups may go so far as to advocate revolutionary theocracy.
