Eloise is a small community just south of Winter Haven in Polk County.

Eloise is the birthplace of pop and country singer Jim Stafford. In the 1970s, Herman Fontaine and his sons began Discount Auto Parts in a small storefront in Eloise. It had grown to over 400 stores when it was acquired by Advance Auto Parts in 2001.
