Midcoast Maine

This is the area of Maine referred to as the 'rock bound' coast. Peppered with islands, lighthouses, historical places, antique shops, flea markets, museums, windjammers and always a view of the ocean. This is Maine's coastal 'heart'. The 'term' Midcoast has been claimed by Knox County, Lincoln County, Sagadahoc County and Waldo County.
